Is 160lbs for a 5'11" male bad? I went from being overweight (250lbs) to 150 and in the past few months I've gained almost ten pounds back. Should I try and lose the weight again or just try not to gain anymore?

It's an okay starting point, but very light compared to your potential
>>
160 is perfectly fine for 5'11. Would you mind posting pictures of your body, OP? I'm 6 ft, 235ish right now but I started at 250 and am trying to reach 160-180 pounds. Just want to see what I can expect to look like.

It's on the chubby side. I'm 6'2" and 135 lbs
>>
depends on your body composition but that's a good weight if not a little on the light side.

dont listen to this /fa/ggot. i'm 6'2 and 165 that's perfect for me. i think 160 and 5'11 is ultimate desirable height and weight

if your BF isn't lower than 10%, yeah, I would say that's bad. In the sense that you don't have enough muscle and you probably look anorexic as fuck.

You should try to put some muscle on and not even consider losing weight again until you're nearing 200lbs.

Yep. 2 people can look totally different with the same height/weight. It depends on your body composition.

160 that like 68kg.

That is literally fuck all for someone that height. Assuming you have any muscle mass.

Well I'm your height and I went from 173 to 195 on SS in the last 3 months and to most ppl I'm still somewhat thin. I'm in burgerland though, "thin" is a relative term.
You're not fucked at all. Lift, eat, and sleep my friend.
