Just use foundation, but choose the right shade. If you ave a female friend, ask her to help you.
I've had dark circles under the eyes for as long as I can remember. I wouldn't call them bags per se, since it's just color change and not sagging skin
I try eat healthy, exercise, etc. but they just don't go away
I also have dark-ish area on the outer corners of the eyes.

Mine are caused by flared, low-set cheekbones.
