what do you mean? like where the bar rests? You can fix that by improving rack position. If you mean that your shoulders feel too tight to do it comfortably, stretch with pic related

I have the same problem except with low-bar back squat. My left shoulder has ass mobility and hurts like a motherfucker when I use Rip Grip. Doing a bunch of mobility stretch exercises has helped a lot.

it's just greasing the groove, you can do the same thing with super high rep squats or fs (or cycling, but I hate it)
and kicking is more hips than quads as far as I can tell from playing footy for a while, so maybe power cleans might help in addition to unilateral squat work (e.g. bulg split squats). Hard to tell though, maybe someone in TKD would know better
