Really makes me wish I waited another few months before building my home gym as I probably could have scored a ridiculous deal instead of just a really good one on my power rack/pulldown combo, pic related. Normally 500, I got it on sale for 350 - 10% coupon, so 315 no sales tax here either. Trying to find a decent rack that also includes cable attachments is hard enough, so if anyone else can nab one of these during their fire sale I'd highly recommend it. Add an incline/decline bench and oly plates set+bar, got basically everything for a gym you need for 600-700 bucks.

OP here. You are almost literally me.
Got the exact same cage earlier this year. live in a 3 story apartment house with relatively shallow walls, so i threw foam and ducktape over the catches, and masking tape to thicken them out so they don't clang all over the place. got the weight set from dicks along with that absolutely shite bar that comes with it.
great thing about it is the steel pipes are 2x2 squares, so you can get new catches and dip bars designed for other cages if need be. i use the dip bars together on the right side of the cage myself. it wobbles, but being 185 with 25 lb added with a dip belt, it holds up just fine.
most surprising thing for me was how well the cable system actually works. gotta lube it up, of course, but after that it glides really well. use a rope attachment to do triceps and ab crunches every now and then.

Well hidey-ho neighbor. For <500 I genuinely don't think you can find a better deal when you account for the cable system, dip station, pull up bar, and obviously everything else that comes with with squat/bench rack. I was pleasantly surprised with the pulleys too, keep a bottle of wd40 in the room just in case but i've only needed to lube it once once since I got it. Ordered the standard range of attachments online for dirt cheap (v bar, rope, handles, etc). It's been fun getting creative with it, finding ways to improvise stuff you would normally need a cablecrossover, lat pull down, etc, for.
I've seen plenty of store closures over the years, they never really give great deals
It's like a 3 month process, the first sales will be like 20% off, and only right before they close will they do 50% off. By then everything will be gone too.
Although I think it's mega niggerdly, just steal shit. They will be severely underataffed and nobody there will give a fuck, they're probably stealing everyday when they clock out
