Why do people do this? I see guys go and put their stuff in a locker but keep their hoodie on, then 15 minutes in their workout they take it off and are wearing like a stringer underneath.

Is it just so they cover themselves up until they get a little pump and then can show off?

I wear a hoodie with shorts in the gym all the time. Not even fat, I just like the way it feels and it prevents me from getting sweat all over the equipment. Plus Kai Greene does it

Its nice to start off warm in your routine. I do home gym and use a space heater during my warm-up routine and first few warm-up exercise sets.

It feels great, it's hard to say if it makes any difference in workouts. I imagine it could make your muscles limber up faster.

Sitting directly in front of the heater for stretching is nice.
