> Walmart protein powder

There's no reason to buy that amino spiked garbage. You will save more money buying bulk whey from legit protein sites like Myprotein if you're American or CanadainProtein if you life up North.
>>
>>37270954
>Myprotein
enjoy soy in ur protein lmao
just get gold whey, know you're buying an established and legitimate product, don't think about it ever again

you can actually save a ton just by getting any rewards cards, using ibotta to save maybe $20-$30 per month, and whatever coupons.

all stupid

You'll actually save money if you buy actual meat, you fucking cucks.
>>
>>37271878
This. I don't know if its particularly economical, but I usually buy about 6 pounds of frozen shrimp and pan sear it with coconut oil. I squeeze a bit of lemon and serve with rice and cilantro. Its delicious and simple for a thin guy like me. Also very cheap. Lasts me a week for about $20
>>
Buy cheap meat, cook the fuck outta it, cheap veggies too
>>
Rice, frozen veggies, and the big ass bags of frozen chicken/tilapia they sell. Cheap AF senpai.

Also get into hunting if you can. Do it often enough your gear will pay for its self through food savings.
>>
I buy halal chicken filet for 25 crowns per kilo which is bretty good
>>
>>37272016
>Yuropoors are so poor that they have to use crowns instead of real money

how can i hunt if i live in a city area? I'm in New Brunswick NJ

1lb of chicken breast = ~105g of protein and costs 2 bucks on sale, maybe a little more depending on where you live.
5 scoops of whey from myprotein = 105g of protein for 1.25 on sale.
In fact, protein powder is more often than not cheaper than other sources of protein. An exception is probably peanut butter but you need lysine with pb to make it a complete protein anyways.
The purpose is protein, so calculate the cost of protein (g) to $ and go off that. Chicken is more expensive 90% of the time.
>>
>>37272733
I spend $8 for a week's worth of chicken breasts, meaning 1 breast a day

that's $16 a week, and no tax because texan master race.

Protein tubs are regularly $25+ PLUS tax
>>
>>37272029
you got me dude nice one lmao
>>
>>37272764
>tfw you will never move to America to eat their ridiculously cheap food.

Why do I even lift.
>>
>>37272764
You go through a tub of protein in a week?
>>
>>37272802
what country are you from and do you buy them frozen or precooked or do you buy them freshly cut from the butcher?

fresh butcher meats are always the cheapest
>>
>>37270993
Every brand of whey has soy
>>
>>37270077
I get 3 5 pound packs of chicken for $10 each every week
boil it all, season it and add vegetables and rick into the mix
weeks worth of food for $50 and its cooked and packed in an hour
>>
>>37270077
Oats
Sweet Potatoes
Brown Rice
Bean
Eggs
Milk
Frozen Vegetables (broccoli cheap AF)
Bananas/Pears/Canned Pineapple
Chicken
Talapia
Nuts/Peanut butter
Real popcorn, not the microwave shit.
I spend less than 50 dollars a month on food. Wal-mart by my house discounts rotisserie chicken 1/2 off after 7:30 PM

A meat protein based diet generally costs more than a carb based diet, but it is more more satiating and cost/time effective. You can easily bulk-prep a week of meals in three hours' time on a sunday for $90. Time saved for studying, money saved for being less of a poorfag, and then you have adequate protein for building muscle.

Hit Costco. Grab thick sliced bacon, chicken breast, seasoning salt, broccoli, and asparagus. Grab sliced, pre-cooked chicken. Grad salad dressing and salad mix. Wrap CB in bacon, season, and bake. Steam broccoli and asparagus. Throw a breast and some veggies in tupperwares, and refrigerate/freeze. Lunches done. Prep the sliced chicken with some seasoning salt, garlic, and oil and throw it in the fridge. Throw a half cup on a salad and dinner's ready.

Also bulletproof coffee's pretty great.

>>37272821
In Norway, the cheapest ground beef you find is 400g for about 3.50 $.. 2.5kg of frozen Cb is fucking 32 $.. DO YOU READ THIS???? Fuck being a student. I drink 3 shakes a day with 3 scoops, berry mix, water, sweetener and oats. A LOT cheaper than chicken. 4kg of whey cost 40$

>people are actually using rice/baked-beans instead of lentis
LOOK AT THE FUCKING MARCOS

also you should probably not have 2 heavy starch foods as your staples diversify it out chicken (fats), Lentis/beans (carbs), and (imho another fatty food because its better for the body)
