I just eat <20g carbs most days. Some days it's closer to 40g, some days 60g. I actually got most of my leanz in the 30g-60g range, but started hitting 20g as I've adapted my diet and habits. Friday dinner and Saturday lunch and dinner I eat whatever I want, so Sundays are always a bad weigh-in; but I go back to 20g on Sunday and by Monday I'm back on track. I also eat high protein, moderate fat, but fuck it I wanna preserve my gains.
