Honestly now it's just willpower and not having a wrong relationship with food after doing loadsa cuts.
However when I first started a year and half ago as a fatty it pretty much was surrounding myself with food that is low calories and high density.
Also this helped me loads if you cheated or fell off the wagon don't go crazy so what if you had a burger or a cookie doesn't mean your entire diet is shit and you should eat the whole pack

The world is so full of foods so low on cals that you could eat them until your stomach physically refused to hold in any more food, and still not hit even half of your TDEE.

1) don't plan to snack, even if it fits your macros
2) don't expose yourself to snacks
3) understand the slippery slope/avalanche effect
4) plan, plan, plan! Don't eyeball portions and meals, discipline yourself. Whether it's 4 tiny 500 kcal meals, 1-2 huge meals of 2000 kcal total, keto, whatever, write it down in a checkbox list
5) throw out all junk and only buy healthy foods. Healthy food is usually boring to snack on (carrots) and usually only tastes good after preparation (planned meal)
6) cardio helps, but you can absolutely not outrun a fast fork.
7) when you do make a meal, make it hearty. Do use veggies to make a filling portion, but don't make it taste like grass or else you will get cravings.

Chubster reporting in, on a hard cut right now. It's honestly pretty easy, all I do is drink a lot of water and green tea and I'm fine with eating like two meals (usually a salad with chicken for lunch/dinner and some fruit, yogurt and cottage cheese for breakfast) a day.

It was rough for the first few days and I was constantly craving shit, but it eventually went away and now I already have a lot more energy and feel better and happier. You need to know the difference between your body needing food and you just craving to eat something.

Formerly clinically obese man here.

I've been on a hard cut now for 6 weeks and I've lost more than 16lbs in body fat since then and gained a bunch of muscle. I haven't eaten a dessert, candy, or even pop (including diet pop). I satiate myself on (approx) 1750 calories per day. Here's how I do it.

>Ketogenic diet. I don't like cooking, so I ordered Keto Chow (https://www.thebairs.net/product-category/ketochow/). I consume 3 of these per day combined with 50ml whipping cream and 1tbs coconut oil (98% MCT) per serving. I consume a hard meal in the evenings consisting of a meat, cheese, avacado, and maybe some salad.

As other anons have mentioned, get yourself into the mindset of "X time is food time, I don't eat when I'm hungry, I don't eat when I want to, I eat at food time."

This is a typical day on my cut diet.

2 eggs
1 cup of oatz w/ 2 cups of 2% milk

>Post work out shake, all of the following in a blender
2 cups of 2% milk
1 cup of plain, unsweetened greek yogurt
1 scoop of WPI (I prefer chocolate)
1 banana
1 cup of oatz
1 cup of spinach

>Dinner
10oz of salmon
2 cups of steamed broccoli

>Last meal of the day
1 cup of cottage cheese

Around 2000 calories, easily hit 180 grams of protein, keep my carbs and fat minimal and with purpose. Don't feel hungry throughout the day until about an hour before dinner.

I've made significantly faster progress when I was a fatty, and I've detailed the various approaches I've used successfully before (low-carb, mPSMF etc.)

So no, I've done way more than that guy. And I've also never shilled for any product once.

This guy is just dumb as hell, risking cardiovascular issues with the stimulants he's taking, having a shitty diet with all the processed, retarded supplements he's using instead of opting for a healthy, cheaper diet. Taking EC/ECA is something pro BBers might want to risk, it is wholly unnecessary and very dangerous if you're obese. Just fucking stop stuffing your face, for fucks sake, it's not hard. I've done it.

Also, his numbers are way way WAY off. Even considering his own plan -- he's not even doing it right. As others have mentioned, 200g fat is over 1800kcals alone. With the macros he's quoted, he must be eating about 2500kcals/day or more.

I'm doing an EC stack for the first time. Getting pretty good results from it.
I'm mainly doing it for the appetite supression. It does help, but some people claim their appetite just vanishes. I'm on day 15 of pic related and I still get pretty hungry, especially in the evening.
