If one shot of spirit is on average 100cal, I can get all my daily calories in 20 drinks. Use protein powder and powdered carbs as mixers for my macros. I can make this work

I've got my workout but I feel like I need a much better diet than the one I have now, which is mainly snacks, cereals with milk, and once in a while a proper meal, like every 3 days.
