Is there a way to change your physiology in order to get veins more visible?
, I mean without having to take something like NO
shoot yourself and hope you're reborn someone who has nice visible veins
have really low body fat

there must be some sort of physiological reason for why some people have them more visible
>>37260535
I'm curious, why do you want them to be?

idk genetics? some people have veins closer to their skin? some people carry less fat in the areas you want to have visible veins?

lower bf%
get a good pump
Dehydrate yourself until you get the "meat raisin" look. (also known as "competition ready")

I want to get bicep veins and that vein some people get on their front delts.
I'm naturally not veiny at all. only veins are in my hands/wrist area but that's normie veins. I think forearm veins look gross tho.
Mfw I'm like 20% bf and I have visible veins
Just be yourself bro

Low bodyfat. Genetics and muscle mass play a role, but not nearly as much as bodyfat.
>tfw when veins always on display, even with no pump

When I be myself I have visible veins at 20% bf even when I'm at work checking in fat retards at planet fitness for 10 hours straight

thats the delt and bicep vein i was talking about.
I've seen dudes who where near fat with that though. I've wondered if muscle size determines vein visbility due to the need for increased blood flow to the region. Time will tell for me, cutting down from 30% bf.

Just to give you an idea, look at the difference 20 pounds makes. Obviously same genes as they are both me, slightly more muscle in left than right, 2 months apart from peak bulk 14-15%'ish BF to ~8%. You can see the veins showing a little in the bulk pic, but even despite losing a bit of muscle from the cut the diff is night and day after shedding excess BF.

Obviously lower your body fat % but I started bouldering last month and my forearms have gotten FUCKING SHREDDED
Absolutely ripped in 1 month of solid climbing. I have to drive home with my fucking elbows because my forearms are just so spent after like an hour or two of just grabbing holds.
Seriously, I've made more forearm gains in one month of bouldering than in the last year of lifting. Plus its also fun as fuck senpai

Mirin routine.
>10x sets peeling fried fat off KFC chicken thighs till failure, repeat 5 days of the week.
>superset with rolling in gravy 10 seconds after each set
>Avoid cardio on rest days and all other days day of the week.
>Massive forearms in no time.
