Week 1 uses the new maxes

Week 2 uses week 1s weights and is to decide how much you progress by

The percentage on week 1 are what you enter at first and then to be ignored once you start determining the weight used by AMRAP sets.

FINALLY, NONE OF HIS PROGRAMS HAVE YOU PROGRESSING ON A WEEK TO WEEK BASIS.
