sup /fit/ im barrel chested and want to know how i can improve my aesthetics since my arms look like shit because of the size of my chest and ribcage. I should probably focus less on the chest and more on the arms? Would that work ? i can bench around 130 kg and my pecs are pretty big too

Cause flatbench will make your lower chest too big too fast if you actually are barrel-chested.
