Heart rate: 236 bpm
Last night I took my fat burner and went on partying, took a shitton of Red Bull like drinks with alcohol and started to feel weird, so I checked my heart rate: 236 bpm.
It quickly went down to 190 and then 120, but it is normal to have a heart rate that high? I though your maximum was 220-Age which in my case should be 198.

It's probably because you took a lot of stimulants.
It should be in the range of like 60-90

it's caffeine and yohimbine. and then there's caffeine in the red bull too, and then you piled a CNS depressant on top of it, with a ton of sugar.
best part is that using yohimbine in a non-fasted state might actually make you fatter.
