go on a journey. most societies used to have a rite of passage, where people would definitively move from childhood to adulthood. we don't have that in western society anymore. do something intensive that you think will force you to adapt, to stop holding back from becoming the person you wish you were. something where you will be able to say you are not quite the same after you've done it. climb a mountain. write a book. survive in the woods alone. move to a city where you don't know anyone. only you can decide what will really work for you.
lead. do something where you tell people what to do, and they do it, not because they have to but because they want to do what you tell them to do. be responsible for others.
sleep well. keep hydrated. keep energized. keep clean.
spend time with feminine women. the contrast will make you feel more manly. especially if you are the only man in a group of women. it's like how you don't think about how you're white until you're in a room and you're the only white person. or you don't think of yourself as old until you're in a room where you're the oldest by a wide margin, young the same thing, etc. way easier to feel manly talking to a 95 lb five foot nothing chick than it is another dude.
