I started following scooby's guide to 6 packs and running everyday for 35 minutes. http://scoobysworkshop.com/losing-weight-and-building-6-pack-abs/ The problem I have right now are blisters, my feet are covered with them, pic related, it's my toes.
I recently bought shoes specifically for running and doing cardio. I'm not sure if the blisters are because if the shoes or the intensity and frequency of the excercise.
How do you deal with blisters /fit/? How often do you run? How do you pick running shoes? How much do you run?

ex fat fag here. When I started running I got huge blisters on my feet, I mean these things were like the size of my thumb.
I got a sterile needle, popped em and then the callus over. In other words stop being a lil bitch OP.

The toe ones only appear on the right foot, the left has more blisters on the sides.
I feel the blisters most after the 10-15th minute mark when my feet start sweating. Should I tighten them more or loosen the shoes?

That can cause an infection + I don't have needles or anything to disinfect it with (maybe fire can do it). How often did you run?

Also make sure the shoes are not too tight. What did you buy?

I'm not sure about form, I just move one foor in front of the other and try to step on the middle on the foot.

I usually cut them to the shape of the finger because otherwise I get uneven nails. Maybe my fingernails are deformed or something because that's how I've been doing it since I can remember.
What's the deal of cutting them in a straight line?

I was referring to how wonky your toenails are cut. And weren't you ever taught to cut your toenails straight? Even a 10 year old knows that. You will get ingrown nails cutting them like that, doesn't matter about the fingernails.
