Alright /fit/, I'm a long time lurker first time poster. I wanted to ask yall if this is good progress for around two months. I dont have a before picture, but there was nothing there.
Never lifted before, and started my journey three months ago at 316 lbs. This is me as of today, and I'm currently at 281 lbs.
Bench: 225
Squat: 295
DL: 295
Squat and DL are the same cause that all the weight I have.
>asks about progress
>Gives no before picture nor starting lifting stats
That said, 300 lb squat for reps is amazing after two months, but then again you're a fattie (less so, good progress on weight loss) so hopefully you can retain some quad mass during your cut
those are ridiculous stats after 2 months of lifting. i'm at 110 bench 180 DL 155 squat after 3 months
u must be some freak of nature or something

To be fair, ive always felt like I was "stronger" than most other guys my age growing up. Also, I forgot to mention that I'm 6'3"

if this isnt b8 you're already in the advanced class within two months of lifting
you might as well take up full time powerlifting and break a world record or something
>>37244985
ahhh shit, almost forgot. I did 135 today for 5. My last rep was pretty sloppy though.

My staring wieght was 306, I lost 30 pounds when I stopped drinking, and now have lost 20 pounds with diet and exercise. 255 6'2" (~27% bodyfat)
I do around 30-40 minutes of cardio, and a lift routine for around 45 minutes (chest, arms, core, legs) usually every other day sometimes more, treadmill, and just started doing running off a treadmill. Did a 5k in 30 minutes yesterday.
My diet I try to keep on below 1500 a day, with at least 100g protein a day. Taking fish oil, multivitamin, and a pre-workout.
I am aiming for 200lbs right now. You think I'm doing it the right way? I mean it's worked so far
