I have met intermediate all around on symmetric strength in month 4 of my lifting. Routine:
Bench 5x5
Squat 5x5
OHP 5x5
Dlift 5x5
Accessory and core after
Is it time I try a ULxULxx split?
>tldr: intermediate level, 4 months deep, split or no?
Selfless bump

Yes do a split dumbass, if you arent gona compete in strength lifts, then yeah work out for the aesthetics already.

Want to get even stronger? Strength routine.
Want to get xboxhueg? Hypertrophy routine followed by cutting.
Only you know what you want.

The thing is I don't know what I want. I want to continue to get stronger I just don't know which will allow me to do that most efficiently.

Finally people that have common sense on /fit/.
If you're happy with your strength, maintain it while doing hypertrophy. I'd say lean bulk for a few more months then cut, you'll look decent.

I *have read the sticky
And lurked enough to recognize a memer

too much volume, m8. dlift is supposed to be hard specially after squats, thats why most novice routines just do 1 heavy set
UL is best routine
mad gains
I just do ULUL... about 5/6 times a week and have a rest day whenever I want/need/have to
top fun
good for strength too

I have been on a decent lean bulk with 1 gram of protein/lb of body weight, plenty of fruits and veggies, little fat. My real question is what will get me stronger faster. What I am currently doing now or a split
>not roids

Ok thanks, so 3x5 or less?
