TM? 5x5 using 75-90% of the 5RM on monday, 3x5 using 65-75% (lighter weights) on wednesday, then 1x5 or 2x3 maxing out and adding 2kg on friday.
If you're already kinda stuck in the squat, then start doing 2x3 but use your 5RM at first instead of your current 3RM.

Or Nuckols. He has plenty of squat programs that you can add to your current training routine. Though some of his squat programs are pretty memey.

There's also Candito's Squat program, though that one kinda requires a focus on the squat.

base meso is 3 weeks @4x/week (+1 testing week)
instead do 6 weeks @2x/week (+1 testing week)
same for the intensity cycle which can be completed in as little as 7 weeks with 2x/week frequency.

the drop in frequency makes it a lot easier, as well as entering maxes that will match the amount of progress you can make

the biggest problem with smolov is that people just put in their normal training max which if you follow the program to a T should give you between 60-100lb increase, but unless someone is a noob and can add between 5-10lbs a week to a lift there is no way they'll succeed. Instead you should lower your max so that at the end of the program you will make a reasonable amount of progress, maybe 30-40lbs in ~13 weeks.

Force yourself to stay in the correct position. In my case, one of my shoulders is rolled forward. So what I did was constantly keep that shoulder in the correct position by flexing the proper muscles to keep it back. After 2-3 days, without flexing my trap/rhomboid to keep it in the correct position, my shoulder is staying very close to where it should be. I'm still gonna stick with forcing it for another couple days, but for the most part it's done. I'm extremely surprised with how fast his happened, considering my shoulder was pretty far forward.

anyone squat hybrid bar? These felt okay, kind of misgrooved though probably because no practice. Low bar has been fucking my elbow's shit up a lot lately and hybrid bar didn't + I was able to get my back just as tight as a low bar.

imo it looks like you have it until you hit close to the bottom, then you get down into the hole, and when you rebound you are relying too much on the stretch and bounce, kind of like you're just kind of hoping to get far enough up that you can catch it (for lack of a better phrase). like you're not staying tight or something.

you can see that your rate of descent gets a lot faster when you get lower, and your ascent slows a lot in roughly the same spot on the way up

yeah pretty much. idk if going slower is the solution, just maintaining tightness throughout. could be something to try as a variation or something (like doing sets of 5 with painfully slow eccentric and focusing on maintaining the same speed). otherwise pause squats might help you in the hole.

in my experience, pausing at your weakest point is next to magic, so you could mess around with pausing in different spots (on the way down, in the bottom, at slowing point on the way up, etc)
