Been on Keto for a month and a half now, I've noticed steady progress but not skinnyfat to completely shredded in 4 weeks like pic related. I plan on being on the diet for another month or so. guessing I'm about 13% bf right now at 6ft ,67.5 kg. My question is, is it possible to have a cheat day on keto? So far I haven't cheated once and have maintained a 75% fat, 35% protein and 5% carbs at 1750 calories a day.

Yeah, I usually have a cheat meal on Saturday nights, and have some pasta or burgers or something with a few beers. For an entire cheat day, maybe go something like 40/40/30 fat/carb/protein. Just a suggestion, since it's a cheat day, do whatever you feel like.

Yeah, I noticed quite a lot of references, and decided to look it up. Dark Souls is almost a Berserk spin-off. I tend to pick Guts for my build. Pic related is Artorias inspiration (there's a perfect comparison pic but I don't have it)
