Bout 2 months of bulking my nigger

Went from 165 to 185, focused on back and upper body, no squats. Bench went from 115 to 170. Didn't from 215 to 295, ohp from 75 to 110. Room mate who used to say I want her type literally oggles me all day now. The type of attention i get at work is completely different now. One guy I worked with hadnt seen me in a few months was taken a back by the gains.

Best part is I have gyno and look fuel as fuark. Normies can't tell.
