I've been lifting off and on since I was 13, but with some years doing cardio-intensive sports where I had to scale it back and a few intervals with injuries that seriously hampered training. I had a 1,000lb+ total before the beginning of a rugby season two years ago but got fucked up so badly playing rugby that I couldn't lift heavy for almost a year.

Was planning to compete and see if I could get my way to nationals, but school, surgeries and other bullshit got in the way.

Been lifting for about 4 years now, first 2 years was just fuckaboutitis and cutting down from 200 pound fat manlet mode. About 2 years ago I really got into SS and have been following the routine, with added weight dips and weighted chins+cardio and I have a nice physique to match.
