Shit stats for 8-9months I know, mainly because I neglected most of the major lifts. Gotten back into benching and deadlifting, gonna soon incorporate squats (which I haven't done in ages). Hopefully I'll fix my OHP form somehow, atm I just use dumbbells for shoulder exercises.
