Is there any truth to increasing your height after puberty?
I'm 26, and wouldn't mind gaining a few cm's, if there are exercises that make that possible.

Believe it or not, this right here works. I was 5"8 when I was 18. At 19 I became fit enough to do athletics and sports, fucked up my legs bad mountainbiking and had to get surgery. I cooled off for a while just doing low impact stuff like dancing till I felt my legs could handle load again. After my full recovery a lot of people told me I looked taller, I checked it out and I did gain 3 inches.
Maybe it's just brocience, but I think breaking bones makes you be more careful, which in turn fixes your form. If you can recover correctly there might be some growing gains cause there was literally nothing else I do differently.

Literally everybody on this board that isn't at the very least 6ft are obsessed with their height. The most extreme seem to be either the extra short 5'4" (give or take 2 inches) because they know their height is a lost cause, or the 5'10"-5'11" guys because they're so close but so far so apparently they're not gonna make it because they're off 1-2 inches. Most of the people on here 6ft-6'6" seem fine with their height and don't really care about it, which makes the manlets even angrier. In some cases, you'll find some lanklet over 6'6" that's jelly of the manlets because it's so much easier for them to look better with less work, which only further pisses off the manlets. This board is just a bunch of faggots with napoleon complexes. I'm 6ft on the dot so I'm good, but I've been here regularly since I was about 18-19 (25 now) and I was hovering on 5'11". Even though I was (and still am) one of the tallest people I know, I wanted that extra inch just because I was so fucking close. I guess I'm one of the lucky few in that aspect, and I can get where those guys are coming from, but honestly I'd be fine by now whether I grew that inch or not because in the end there's really nothing you can do about it. You seem a bit misinformed. If you're already done growing, laying down/sleeping will NOT just magically make you grow. What happens is your body stretches out to full height since you have horizontal gravity instead of vertical gravity. With normal ~8hrs of sleep, you'll be stretched to your tallest every time you get up in the morning. There are 2 problems with this, though. 1 is that it's a few centimeters at most, so it's negligible. 2 is that after maybe 4-5 hours of being up and walking around, your spine with be compressed again and those few negligible centimeters you got from sleeping are literally nonexistent for the rest of the day.
If you haven't stopped growing yet, I guess it could be beneficial. I think eating and stretching help you grow to your full potential or close to it if you're still growing, but if not your height is just a lost cause that you can blame on genetics and hope your children don't suffer the same fate.

If I can start growing facial hair, I'd say anybody can. As for height, I can't really say for sure. I've heard most (if not all) guys generally have 2 growth spurts in their life, some are lucky and get a 3rd. Be happy and embrace the baby face, though. We'll look good as hell when we're old. I've always wanted to be able to grow facial hair, but up until about 2-3 months ago, I only had to shave MAYBE once a week. It's slowly starting to grow faster/darker/thicker like I said and now I have to shave every other day. Still looks shitty, but at least I know it's starting and my facial hair isn't a lost cause and I'm just a late bloomer.

General rule of thumb is most guys seem to stop growing between 18-21, with some oddballs continuing to grow until 25ish. I'm sure there are some who stop growing before 18, and some who continue to grow after 25, but generally that's not the case. I'd just go by age since it seems to be the easiest, but I guess you could measure yourself every day for a year after being awake and moving around for the same amount of time every day and if you notice any growth you're probably still growing. Or maybe you can even do once a week for a year. I'd say always do it at the same time though so you don't confuse a decompressed spine with growth. Like, wake up at 8am, measure at 5pm, repeat as necessary. Don't wake up at 8am and measure at 5pm one day, and then wake up at 8am and measure yourself by 9am the next. Consistency is key.

A lot of short guys just don't take care of themselves. As a short man, it's important that you be well-groomed and wear well-fitting clothes. Baggy clothes will make you look like a kid wearing hand-me-downs. Making the effort to be sociable will take you very far in dating and other parts of life.

Haha yeah, if you're not in the "under 5'10" club" you probably piss them off. Kinda sucks for the guys in 5'10"-5'11" limbo since they can't relate to anybody except those few in that 2 inch range. They get the "quit your bitching" from the manlets and "lel king of manlets" from anybody 6ft+.

I'm probably an alternate reality American version of you. No exams for me, just coming back to check the place out since I'm back to having basically no life again. I plan on going back to school eventually though, which will be weird starting off college at 25-26 with a bunch of 18-20 year olds. Better late than never though, r-right?
