I've learned that by lifting at home not only can I nurturer my muscle gains but I can hone and perfect my crippling social anxiety. By not having to leave the house I do not have to put up with your daily struggles and can live peacefully in my bubble.

I've met with/talked closely to three female /fit/izens, and about a dozen women on 4chan in general.
For starters, they're all huge attention whores. Realize that if she posts contact info here, there will literally be hundreds of other dudes trying to message her. Same thing in opposite, if there's a woman around, guys will be dropping contact info. You've got competition regardless.
Secondly, majority are huge sluts, and are legit fucked up. Can be interesting, can be vapid. But generally are all about getting laid. The three female /fit/izens were only into fitness for the sole purpose of getting laid and being as minimally appealing as possible. Even the one who claimed to be super into it put in shit effort. One girl was working at a strip club, the other was selling nudes online, and the other was fucking a new dude every week. One guy flew her across the country, expenses paid, for a week of kinky sex. All of these girls and others were fucked in the head, either depression or daddy issues or other mental illnesses.
Third; if they're not sluts, they're autistic. Like, legit diagnosed Autism spectrum. I've talked to and met with an equal number of guys from 4chan. There have been autists, but the majority of dudes have been really average people. With the ladies it's either crazy slut or autistic weeaboo.
Last 4chan girl I met with was of the autistic variety. Was bored, and saw someone who looked cute on /soc/. Decided to hang out, and I fucking got catfished. She was brown (was white in picture), had no eyebrows(?), and was a complete sperg. At some points would randomly say Japanese shit.
I'd say it's just /soc/ being shit, but I've encountered this female binary on multiple boards.
Moral of the story is, don't look for waifus on 4chan. It's a huge fucking mess.

I stopped after I realized that I really didn't enjoy any of it. Dates felt forced from me, even if the girl enjoyed it and wanted to continue.
