I live in a very poor zone
I have been dressing as a vigilante and beating up Jerks and Bullies, mostly gypsies.
I have the luck that I am just a big person (1,95 meters / 6`4 feet) and I have been doing cheap exercises because I cant really afford a gym or weights so I am mostly doing Push-ups, squats and training my abs (dunno how to say the exercise in english)
Are those good substitutes of lifting weights? Should I get something heavy and just lift it?
Need good exercises because this is becoming something more serious and I need to be stronger to make this place a affordable place to live.

On my phone so I don't have links, but there's a couple gadgets that I was thinking of.
One is an umbrella, the company says it's the strongest umbrella ever. There's pictures of guys balancing on it. Apparently can be used as an effective club.
Was also thinking of these bass knuckle things, but they have tasers installed to make your punches electric.
Not sure if it was ever developed, but there was a security company that was developing a jacket that worked as a taser for anyone grabbing at it.
Was also considering a military grade flashlight to surprise/blind criminals.
Any other tech ideas?

Also, as a last ditch "gotta kill" thing, there's a survival knife that has compressed gas canisters that shoot out gas from the tip. The website says it's used for taking out bears and sharks and shit, the gas expands inside the body to the size of a basketball.

Try pavel's pull-up program, it also works with chin-ups. You can also add dips to your program, as well as filling a bag with water bottles so that your push ups and squats are heavier.

You can also use furniture, such as curling chairs, doing dips between chairs, kneel down and do shrug with your bed, etc. Use your imagination.
For the pull-up bar I don't know, I go to a park where there's some street workout bars and do them there.

Get a titanium mask. like a quarter to half an inch thick if possible. Titanium is light and should stop any handgun bullet, but you might get knocked out, that plus a vest should make you much less likely to die famalam.

Forgot to mention, the mask could probably stop a fair amount of rifle shots, short of a sniper rifle.
