Fucked around in the gym and neglected squats for three years before I learned proper form. Pretty pleased with this considering I have a very demanding physical job where I have to work away from home and my gym half the time.

Nah man. Every time i go away its usually for three or four weeks of shovelling and carrying stuff. Decent as conditioning but often no access to the gym, and i cant keep up with the eating! Last time i went away I went from a 160kg deadlift to coming back and struggling with 150. Shitty. Every time i get excited about a 1/2/3/4 goal i get sent to bumfuck nowhere and have to just do endless planks, db hypertrophy stuff and occasional HIIT. The one thing that it seems to improve is my THE PRESS.
