Trying to eat 3000kcal a day to bulk, never reached my goal even once. I'm full super fucking fast.

400g of cottage cheese, 3 egg whites, 125g of walnuts. That's all I can eat before lunch.

Drink milk instead of anything else, unless you're already at the max amount of lactose you can handle. You'll know by the farts. Also, plain greek yogurt is a great alternative to cottage cheese. Ricotta is good too for a lot of things, though the protein is different because it's made of whey. Eggs are less filling for me, and have a lot of cholesterol which makes them great for cell repair. 3000 Cals/day shouldn't be that hard once your stomach adjusts.

Something that will actually give you an appetite, drink lots of water after every meal, 2-3 glasses. it'll expand your stomach and by your next meal you'll actually get hungry.

For easy calories make shakes with oats and juice or milk, and peanut butter and milk. have these with your meals. Also don't snack between meals or the water trick doesn't work as well.

went from 63kg to 73kg over a year with just eating more than I normally would. Went from 71kg to 77kg in half a year with counting calories. Drank a shake of 30g protein, 7dl milk, 100g crushed almonds that i mixed to a paste prior and a banana. that's over thousand calories and you can easily drink it right before going to bed. eating 2000 calories before 8 in the evening is easy, chugging down those 1000 calories around 11 is ok too. try that
