Back is for slin and shit. You want ventrogluteal, dorsogluteal, rectus femoris, vastus lateralis, and deltoid. The big guys pin in their pecs and other ridiculous places, but the standard sites should be enough for anyone pinning no more than once or twice a day. Look up nursing websites, they cover IM sites pretty well. Keep in mind they're talking old people and children. You can put all 3ml in the leg even though they say 2ml max. Bigger muscle=more oil.
