Hey /fit/
I sweat a lot at the gym. My shirt gets completely drenched just from lifting. I understand I'm working hard but nobody else looks like they just jumped in the fucking pool. I feel like it grosses people out. Any other sweat brahs? Or can some normie tell me it's cool?
same here i don't give a fuck

Yup, me too.
Fuck everyone else, once you wipe your shit off the bench, it's none of their fucking business.

If you wash yourself and your clothes regulary, your sweat won't reek so ... no sweat
Get some of those quick dry under armour type shirts breh, helps a shit ton. Wearing cotton is the worst thing you can do.
Don't be embarrassed for sweating, when they should be embarrassed for not working hard enough to sweat like you. The only difference between an outsider and a leader is perception and confidence.

It's cool mang no one cares unless you aren't cleaning up after yourself.
Keep lifting and working on that self esteem my bro

If you are really that worried just bring 2 shirts and change really quickly half way.
Some people just sweat a lot. Nothing can be done about it. Either keep lifting or get a homegym.

Sweating varies from person to person, I know guys who sweat just from walking while I remain nearly dry after volume days, just make sure you put a towel on benches and machines when you use them.

I posted a similar thread a week ago. The general consensus is this:
-Get hygiene in check if it isn't already
-Your local chemist or pharmacy will have stronger deodorant that's over the counter
-Roll on deodorant is vastly superior to spray on, for antiperspirants
-Roll it on before bed, so it can sink into you at night, and block the sweat properly
-After rolling it on, go shirtless for a few mins to let it dry
Good luck OP. Let's hope we both make it
Sweatlife here too, can't even wear cotton shorts on a slightly sunny day.
