Been lifting for 6 months now and it's really paid off. I'm feeling more confident and the qt3.14s in school have definitely noticed. Have I reached my natty limit though? I haven't upped my lifts in maybe 2 weeks now. Starting to worry this is the biggest I'll get while still natty. Can any anons help?
