i'm homegym now because i prefer to lift in the morning every day and that makes it easier to do, but
when i was in the gym, i just didn't give a fuck. everyone likes to be 'mired, and the women are no exception. just be sure to smile if you make eye contact, do the chin nod. you'll be fine. most of them don't go there to meet people, they just do it for their ego, so you generally don't have to worry about them talking to you while you're trying to lift.
ofc, if they do talk to you then they want the D. just flirt and get her number if you're busy, or you can always just ask her if she's got a place to go after she's done with her workout. sometimes they just want to polish your junk and you don't need to look any deeper.
and protip: if they get bashful when you're forward, the answer is "yes" and it's the go-ahead to take the lead more.
