Kills your lungs. You need gas to get a good pump.

The nicotine constricts your veins and raises your blood pressure and effects your bodys ability to provide oxygen to your muscles. I personally think the negative effects of cigarettes are overrated. But they will kill you eventually.

weed + lifting is great for me, lets me squeeze out a couple extra reps, get a nice full body high
alcohol destroys your body
cigarettes generally not too good for you, but they won't really affect your gains

From best to worst i would say weed, cigs, booze.

Occasionally smoking weed will hurt your gains least, but occasionally smoking cigarettes isn't too bad either, and an occasional 1-3 drinks is probably good for your blood pressure.
