I have made a lot of progress on his 2x week beginner.

Also, I had been doing both his 2x week beginner and 3x week beginner bench programs and replaced them with OHP for choice. It was pretty much smooth sailing up to 75kg OHP.

Just dropping by to say that the Nuckols programs work for all three lifts and are arguably better for intermediates than TM is (more volume, and max effort work dictated more by RPE than >progressive overload).
I would say they are better for novices as well, but tbH whatever gets the novice to the gym and out of the novice stage is the better imho.

I found the dl program a bit boring, and hip status was a little random so I wanted to safeguard somewhat instead of trying to follow the set percentages and fail.
