LONGHAIR FAGS, how do you deal with squatting every session and having to tie your hair? Im sick of having to iron it more prequently because it gets curly when I use a hair-tie
I like my long hair but it is a nuissance to iron it that frequently, and I dont want the skin on my head being pulled by the bar smashing my hair with my traps

>for squats just make sure the tail is OVER the barbell

you are not getting the point, my hair is already straight, what I dont want is to have to iron it more often becase hair-ties make it curly
and ofc I cannot leave it free because the bar pressure will pull my headskin when sitting on my hair
I just sorta put it over the bar, or whatever? Has never been an issue for me. When I go below the bar and press my shoulders up against it, I move my head left/right/forwards/backwards to loosen/slacken any potentially stuck hair, and then go at it.
