With Jeff I think it comes down to two things. He has naturally very broad shoulders genetically gifted shoulders, very strong chest genetics, and his lat insertions are nearly unbeatable. He has top of the line genetics, basically everybody on that stage does. What sets him above the rest though are the structure of his shoulders. If you also notice, he is the second shortest guy up there too (he claims 6"0 but he's definitely more around 5"10-5"11)
Grade A genetics. Part of it might just be the guys persona though, he's so fucking confident. Everybody else up there looks awkward as fuck, Jeff is up there looking confident and like he's having the time of his life, which helps create that aura. Arnold was the same way, his poses didn't look forced but natural.

I'm 6'3, my chest isn't great, my shoulders are decent, I'm really strong as lifting for a long time builds great CNS and fast twitch strength, but my mass doesn't betray that as much since I'm not a roider
