I feel like this is innacurate for young adults. See I`m 22 and my tdee is 2400kcal. I need to eat at least 2600-2700 to feel really satisfied. So my light cardio for some reason is costing 300+ calories or I`m still growing and requiring extra energy.
So I`m aiming for 1800 kcal just in case because I fear eating as I feel like it and then getting fat after years of a small surplus. I cannot trust my hunger OR tdee is innacurate for me.

How long have you been dieting? The proof is in the pudding. If you're losing weight eating at your TDEE then adjust it accordingly. Hunger is all mental.

Hunger isn't mental. It's hormonal and has an opposite in satiety, which is also hormonal. Satiety responds to kcals and food volume. Hunger responds to the presence of edible food. Willpower is hilariously bad at controlling hunger. Good planning, however can work wonders.

Eat leafy green vegetables with balsamic vinegar. Shoot for a pound cooked and a pound raw per day. You can flavor with vinegar and salt and pepper. Not vinaigrette. Just vinegar.

Eat according to your TDEE and ignore your hunger. Your stomach will shrink or grow accordingly.

Tdee is affected by many things like activity level (walking from class to class uses tons more calories than sitting in an office all day), body fat percentage (low bf means far higher calorie requirements for the same body weight), and since you're 22, you might still be growing although it would be unusual. The point is figure out your tdee by carefully counting calories and tracking weight. Then you know how to adjust it to get the weight gain or loss you desire.

I can see veins in my abs, is this completely genetic or maybe I'm under 10% BF? Looking in the mirror I would guess 12-14% but maybe I'm wrong.

I searched for an TDEE calculator that accounts for BF (always ve been using the one that asks for weight and height only), used 12% BF, 3 hours of activity per week and this nigga says I need 3400kcal/day.
