I did legs on Tuesday, and I still can't even bend my knees without intense pain. Do you guys think it's possible I fucked something up? I actually called in sick to work on Friday because I was completely useless the day before.
the problem was I don't really do legs that often on my own, but I'm in the army reserve and they decided to do legs last week. If I'm on my own I know how to not hurt myself, but at army training I don't really have a choice.

There shouls never be pain. Soreness, yes. Stiffness yes, A little mobility loss maybe, yes. Pain, shouldn't be. If you are in pain, you might want to get that checked out.

LOL all I can say is, if you're so dysfunctional after leg day that you can't even get up and down stairs without falling on your ass, then you must either be trying to progress to quickly, or you haven't been training long enough for enough adaptation to occur that it impacts you that hard. I can lift my max and I might have DOMS Of Doom the next day, but I'm not crippled from it.
