Hey guys, first time here so cut me some slack. I've started my cutting diet no lower my bodyfat %. (I am normal atm but want to become more lean). Anyways I just wanted some advice on stuff to eat?

Pic is:
-Chicken filet (with some spice, just for the taste)
-Brocoli and some onion
-Barley
-Eggs

Does this sound okay? I am cutting carbs but trying to keep my protein need fulfilled every day. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, and try to eat every 3 hours. Am I doing it right? Sry for long post.

I'd say more green less startch but it all really goes down to counting Cals and prots...
>>
What do you mean by normal ?
Because any size is normal, we do not accept ignorant and ableist white males on 4chan, please stay out wuth your fatphobia. Yes there are people that CAN't lose weight, deal with it shitlord.

Fruit has a lot of carbs, why not cut that out and just keep fibrous carbs (veggies).

Any tips on how much deficit is best for cutting? Like a huge deficit over a small preiod of time, or a smaller deficit for a longer period?

Did not think about that.. I am pretyt new to all this nutrition science stuff. I just heard from some fitness-guy on Youtube that you can't do anything bad with fruit, but it's noted. Thanks.

Oh yeah, there's a LOT more of it under everything, I just put it in my bowl in layers. Didn't think about that when I took the pic. Anyways thanks for advice

IT all goes down to your weigth, your muscle mass, how much you can handle, etc... Around 500 Cals for a lean cut, a tad more if you're a fatass. Read the sticky though, it'll give you expectations and shit.

Personally, I only have fruit before/after my workout as a pick-me-up, since it's a simple sugar.

Aight, thanks a lot man it's appreciated. There certainly isn't lack of informatino on this stuff online, but I like hearing shit from other people who have experience with shit.

Don't expect to loose weigth overnight though. Even for something as little as 5 kilos it can take several weeks. Basically, with a 500 Cals deficit, assuming you only loose fat, you'll loose around 350g per week... And a greater deficit will affect muscle mass, at least a bit.
