MUH CLEAN BULKING

Wake up. Eat a large buttery croissant with a cup of milky coffee, and have a protein shake. Eat a meaty burger and small portion of chips for lunch, have an orange juice to wash it down, dat insulin release to store the carbs you just ate.
Dinner have a teriyaki chicken and rice, or whatever the fuck. Just a normal dinner. Track your protein macros and you're probably bang on maintenance or a little over. Make a milkshake with icecream and whey protein as a dessert for shits and giggles.

Putting weight on and off is ALL about eating SENSIBLY. You are not special, you don't have a good metabolism, you don't process things differently. All you stupid fucking newfag skellies and skinnyfats to get it through your fucking heads. Do things by the letter and do weight lifting, and you will put on muscle and look better.
