You probably don't care about posing advice, but for the sake of showcasing your gains, you want to pull elbows back further, while keeping them high. Think l as if you're trying to stretch your chest backward as deep as possible, then try to simultaneously flare/engage your lats by mimicking reaching up and pulling down for a lat pull down. Obviously easier said than done while holding a camera in your hand, it's a hard pose to capture as a selfie without a freestanding cam.

Back is pretty easy imo. My routine has always been 4 sets of 8-12 reps. Always start with pulls ups, then 3 other back isolations. I don't do compounds. Try to balance row type movements and pull up/down types.
Standard day looks something like:
1. 4x Pull ups to just short of failure. Grip varies, sometimes wide, sometimes neutral, sometimes chinups instead. When you can hit above 10 reps for all four sets, you need to start adding weight.
2. 4x8-12 Lat Pull Down with V-Bar for narrow grip.
3 & 4. Pick two rowing motions, don't over think it. Wether it's machine or barbell or dumbell, just pick 2 different rowing motions. 4 sets of 8-12 reps each.
Simple and effective.
