I go home and eat all the chocolate I can stomach. Chocolate has been proven to help depression.

tthanks
You going to go this weekend?
>>37069820
Yes, this Saturday.

yea don't follow this example and just keep going....
working out is like any other activity or exercise in life: some days you will do great and some days you'll do awful but ultimately your consistency and effort will shine through.
with that being said, you can always eat your feelings away

It happens to everyone. You'll have bad days. Make up for it next session go extra hard bra

You showed up and did the work. That's what counts... Mozart didn't write masterpieces every single time he sat at the piano.
accept the act that you'll have bad workouts
just like we all have bad days
try to shrug it off, eat and sleep well and try again next session. and don't let anyone at the gym fuck with you. someone laughed at me once when I failed bench and I confronted them, and they were beta as fuck about it
inb4 >things had didn't happen. that happened
>>37069713
You don't do anything. You have a few good and bad days. The rest are average days.
only bad workout is the one you skipped, you miserable twat
So fucking what. Some days i expect that Ill have a shitty work out but it turns out ive broken my plateau.
