Is it any good for powerlifting?

is he a powerlifter?
>>37055768
I don't think so?
Why are you guys just asking questions?
>>37055768
He competed once years ago but hasn't since which is weird considering he's got a total approaching 1450

>Week 2
7 sets of 5 @ 80% of TM
>Week 3

deload or repeat cycle (+5 to upper lifts, +10 to lower lifts im assuming)
don't buy that shit, it's pretty much a bastardized smolov jr/531 hybrid

Thanks for sharing.
Would this be good if someone was interested in powerlifting & bodybuilding or would 531 be better?

the 753 should work well, just be prepared for the high volume. i've never done it personally so i cant give you a real opinion. give it a shot, can't hurt
i'm finishing up my 2nd cycle of 5/3/1 BBB right now and i like it. it gives you a lot of freedom, you do the 5/3/1 scheme then 3-5x10 after your main sets. after that you can pretty much do whatever bodybuilding accessories you want.
