was in the exact same boat, literally same stats, bulked for 3 month, then started a 3 month cut(which i finished a month earlier cuz i got sick and lost much weight), and look quite aesthetic now. would like a flatter belly, but i wont keep on cutting cuz my upper torso would look too skelly. but believe me, you wont make a lot of strength gains anyway, so just cut first till you are a bit too boney and then bulk up for perfect aestethics, will give you same look but more strength this way
