Yes. Fuck you
>>37046193
Not necessarily your form but just focus on your pectoralceps more, engage them brah, less shoulders more pecters
Kind of.
You should be pulling your scapulae right the fuck back and down when benching which takes the front delts out of it as much as possible.
This is harder to do if you have someone handing the bar off to you.
Barbell bench press is a shit tier meme exercise anyway. Dumbell bench is superior in every way other than the fact that its harder to get into position.

this is wrong
yes, your form is wrong. focus on trying to hold a peanut between your shoulder blades. contracting your back will focus the movement onto your chest
>>37046214
fuck dumbbell bench press it's too hard to balance them without my arms going all over the place
>>37046221
i fucking just did that and i still feel the burn in my shoulder
>>37046221
actually it's just my left shoulder so it's probably just a joint thing
>>37046322
Try a narrow grip
>>37046193
for me it's always the back of my shoulder, never the front. I've tried a bunch of variations of form. pinching my shoulder blades together helps but I really think it's this narrow fucking bench at my gym.
that being said i'm stalled the fuck out on bench at 185 (bw 170). everytime I start working out I stall at 185 for 5-6 reps. fucking RREEEE

yeah it's the back of my shoulder to, i pull my scapulae back to the point where it's painful and i still get that burn. It's more in my left shoulder then right for some reason
You are probably letting your shoulder fall behind in a way. Try keeping your elbows near your sides instaed of flaring them out too much. This fixed my shoulderpain when i used to bench.
