ok mr "i havent ever touched a weapon in the military", being big will literally make you worse at any infantry related job.
10 lbs of excess muscle in your chest/upper back/shoulders/arms isn't going to help you on a hump at all but thats 10 extra fucking lbs that your core, lower back, and legs have to support and move.
run, do endurance training and strength training, get good at swimming, and make sure you can hump.
your ass is probably never going to make it because you're a pog boot in the air force that thinks he's qualified to jump into special forces.
