Not a fucking chance. May is cut month. Go hard, go fast, get lean with a PSMF and be ready for June. Maintain through the end of summer, then bulk until next May.

well ive been cuting from skinny fat to less fat for like 5 / 6 month, and started a lean bulk a few weeks ago, eating just 200 calories over maintenance.

so i guess i'm gonna bulk untill i reach 85 or 86 kg again, then i'll go down to 80 i think.

i just have to do a real cut this time, i didnt bother for the first one since i was dyel, anyway.

i dunno if im bulking or not but im 5'7 160ish and trying to get 3k calories a day.

i find myself force feeding a lot. I dont see how guys like Mendy can eat 10-12k calories a day year round.

I do, i live in sweden and we get about 4 days worth of summer each year, and thanks to murphy's law im destined to work all of those days.

The last 3 summers when i've actually cut it ended with me not taking my shirt of once in the presence of other people, so i just wasted 3 months of progress for some yolked Instagram selfies.

And i have a girlfriend, who adores my body as much at 20% body fat as 12%

No changes to diet over the course. Now I feel like I played myself and I'm just getting fat. But god damn it I want that 2pl8 bench.

Exactly your progression should be pretty fast and consistent. I would recommend trying a linear progression routine, you will most probably not get stuck even once before you re-hit your previous RMs.
At least this worked for me, I did exactly the same but around Japan, I went down from 89kg to 68kg, tho it was a full year experience and it got me 8 months to get my strength back.

Summerbulk, here I've cut before in springs and end up at same spot. Just continue the bulk year round until you are actually cut worthy.
