Lately my heart rate has been absurdly high ~90-100bpm resting. I'm 6'2, 200lbs and have been lifting for 2 years (best lifts 180/120/200 kg).
I started taking creatine a few months ago, and as far as I can tell it's the only thing I've changed in my diet.
Can creatine cause fast heart rate? I have trouble sleeping anymore, anytime I lay down I just feel THUMPTHUMPTHUMP and though I'm tired I can't get to sleep for almost an hour some times.
pic related it's the creatine I use
Caffeine? Yohimbine? Stress? Lack of sleep? Electrolyte imbalance?

I've cut my caffeine intake by half, only to a small cup in the morning and after lunch and it the problem persists.
I have some stress, but no more than I used to and I haven't had this problem before, I only have lack of sleep when I can't seem to fall asleep
How would I know if I have an electrolyte imbalance?
Creation doesn't cause fast heart rate. It isn't a stimulant. Maybe you are taking something with caffeine. Are you raking a preworkout?

no preworkout, just a whey shake after lifting

I'm not a doctor, but I think your potassium/sodium balance affects the heart somehow because reasons.
I've never heard of such a correlation and can't think of any reason why creatine would interfere with your cardiovascular system one way or the other.
How are your habits in general? Do you do cardio, drink, smoke? Is your diet healthy?
The increased heart rate is your body working extra hard with the creatine to shed your hair
Try working out in the mornings not a night. If you have a normal sleep cycle 10oclock am is the optimal time because your body has the most energy
You are probably lifting more than ever with the creatine kicked in and your body has to work a little harder to keep up.

Potassium deficiency is fucking with your heart. You're burning through your K from lifting.
Nobody ever gets their RDA of K, and lifters burn through it faster than cardio freaks.
