I said in my first post that it is rooted in biology, vis-a-vis choosing a healthy mate to produce healthy offspring with, everything else is social (whether big or small tits are attractive, etc.)

Physical fitness doesn't need much consensus to be defined. Are your performances above average? Are you physically capable of engaging in casual physical activities, be it work, sports, games, or whatever without excessive strain or fatigue ? And ultimately, does it shows (aka no visible sign of ailment)?

If so you are fit, to a degree increasing with your performances.
