I need help please. So long story short I realize that I have a bit of gyno.. It's a mild case, like the pic I posted.. might even be less worse than that.
I can feel the lumps under my nipples.
I did a shitty cycle months ago of just plain test.. (I say shitty because clearly I wasn't paying enough attention to my estrogen levels.. I WAS taking arimidex but not in a nice pattern at all)
I did use nolvadex for PCT I think I got the mild gyno after my pct was finished.
I am 20 years old if that makes a difference.
Are there any ways to get rid of mild gyno that does NOT include surgery???
Is there any chance it will just go away on its own with some working out? (I am a skinny faggot at the moment)

Are you sure you didn't always have this little bit (no one notices it desu) and it became more obvious when you got more developed pecs? On most skinny fat guys the nipples just look like that so no one realizes they have it until they cut and get big chest.

So you think it developed after the pct? That doesn't make sense right? Your estrogen would be highest during the cycle itself, lowest during pct, and then back at normal low after pct. Correct?
