Hey bros, I went on a cut after bulking doing SS but I neglected ab work because I read that as long as you engage your core during lifts you don't need to do ab work.
Now im fucked since my abs still look underdeveloped and I am basically a skelly bro so I don't want to cut any further. Whats a good ab routine /fit/?

Also, OP, I hear captains chairs or hanging leg raises are good. I'm doing forearm-resting knee raises right now, because my lack of core work fucked me and I need to work up to them. Bodyweight progressions for them are a godsend.
